I haven't done a blog post in ages and I have no idea why! I've really missed posting so I will definitely being adding plenty of posts over the next few weeks. As I was sorting out my stuff for going on holiday on Monday, I thought it would be an ideal time to do a 'what's in my bag' post!
Entertainment
If you're like me and flying on an aeroplane scares you, it is essential you keep yourself distracted. To keep me entertained I am taking my iPad (case - Cath Kidston) on which I have downloaded the first series on The O.C to watch, as well as my phone to listen to music (case - hand painted by @izzyclarkeee on instagram, make sure to take a look). I also have Lucy Watson's book 'The Dating Game'. I have other books in my suitcase but I thought this would be an easy read whilst travelling.
Organisation
My purse (Louis Vuitton) is highly necessary as the chance of me passing through duty free without buying something is zero to none. Obviously I need my passport to get in and out of the country, but i'm not quite sure why I have my diary as i'm not going to be making many plans whilst on holiday... just relaxing.
Beauty/ Other
All my cosmetic bits and bobs are what make up 90% of the bulk and weight of my bag's contents. I hate the idea of thinking 'ugh I wish I'd packed..' so I carry around a hairband, hairbrush (tangle teezer), plasters, lip balm, disney tissues, 4head, nail varnish (is it only me that can't think of anything else but the nail you've chipped until it's been re-painted??), a nail file, hand cream, hand sanitizer and chewing gum. I only take a few make up products with me as who can be bothered to wear a full face of make up on holiday? Simple BB cream, Mac Lady Danger lipstick, powder, eyeshadow and Nars Orgasm blusher/bronzer.
